About Us
Laura Flint, P.T., C.L.T., a licensed physical
therapist for over 33 yrs., has developed and directed physical therapy
programs in nursing homes, hospitals, and in private practice settings in
4 different states. Ms. Flint relocated to SC in 2000.
She is an advisory board member at Horry Georgetown Technical College
and has been instrumental in initiating a fully accredited P.T. assistant
program. She sits on the board of the American Society of Lymphology, and
is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the National Lymphedema
Network, the National Association of Continence and the International Association
of Colon Hydro Therapists. “Flint” treats all problems associated
with physical therapy and specifically addresses two specialty diagnostic
areas: lymphedema and bladder control issues. She is a certified
lymphedema therapist and has completed advanced studies at the Foeldi Clinic
in Germany.
